About Rise & Drive
Rise & Drive is a survivor-led transportation access program dedicated to helping individuals and families in transition access safe, reliable transportation.
We own and maintain a fleet of carefully selected vehicles and provide access to participants through a structured program designed to support safety, dignity, and long-term stability. Transportation is often one of the biggest barriers after crisis—impacting access to work, school, childcare, court, and medical care.
Our program removes that barrier immediately.
Participants pay a monthly program fee that includes:
- Vehicle access
- Insurance and registration
- Maintenance support
- Ongoing program coordination
Every vehicle is inspected, serviced, and safety-equipped before placement. When a participant exits the program, the vehicle is returned, reconditioned, and redeployed to support the next individual in need.
Through thoughtful vehicle matching, ongoing support, and community partnerships, Rise & Drive transforms transportation into a pathway toward independence.y, and self-sufficiency.
How Our Program Works

Transportation Access Program
Rise & Drive participants are enrolled in a structured program that provides immediate access to safe, reliable vehicles that includes insurance, registration, and ongoing support.
There is no credit check or traditional financing required—removing one of the biggest barriers survivors face when trying to regain independence.
Our goal is to make dependable transportation accessible, predictable, and sustainable from day one.
Vehicles remain program assets and are provided as part of participation in the Rise & Drive transportation support program.
Survivor-Centered Vehicle Matching
We match each participant with a vehicle based on their real-life needs—household size, commute, safety considerations, and daily responsibilities.
Every placement is designed to support stability, independence, and long-term success—not just short-term transportation.
This ensures each vehicle is not just usable, but truly supportive of rebuilding life after crisis.
Maintenance Support
Reliable transportation requires ongoing care. Every vehicle is inspected, serviced, and maintained to safety standards before placement.
Participants receive support with routine maintenance planning so they can stay safely on the road without unexpected breakdowns or financial strain.
When a participant exits the program, the vehicle is returned, reconditioned, and redeployed—allowing it to support the next family in need
