About Rise & Drive

We own and maintain a fleet of carefully selected vehicles and provide access to participants through a structured program designed to support safety, dignity, and long-term stability. Transportation is often one of the biggest barriers after crisis—impacting access to work, school, childcare, court, and medical care.

Our program removes that barrier immediately.

Participants pay a monthly program fee that includes:

  • Vehicle access
  • Insurance and registration
  • Maintenance support
  • Ongoing program coordination

Every vehicle is inspected, serviced, and safety-equipped before placement. When a participant exits the program, the vehicle is returned, reconditioned, and redeployed to support the next individual in need.

Through thoughtful vehicle matching, ongoing support, and community partnerships, Rise & Drive transforms transportation into a pathway toward independence.y, and self-sufficiency.

Transportation Access Program

There is no credit check or traditional financing required—removing one of the biggest barriers survivors face when trying to regain independence.

Vehicles remain program assets and are provided as part of participation in the Rise & Drive transportation support program.
